Cranberry Maple Baked Oatmeal

1 cup old-fashioned or steel cut oats
1/2 cup Bella Hill Cranberry Maple Syrup
2 cups fat-free milk or 1 cup milk & 1 cup low-fat yogurt
2 sliced apples or 1/2 cup chunky applesauce
1/4 tsp. almond extract or vanilla
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds or pumpkin seeds

In large bowl, combine oats, syrup, milk/yogurt, apples and almond extract or vanilla. Transfer to greased 4 cup baking dish. Sprinkle with Almonds or pumpkin seeds. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until set. Can be reheated in the microwave. Makes 3-4 servings.1 1/2 cups=389 cal.
