Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup Bella Hill Maple Syrup
2 tsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (less if desired)
Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients in a leak proof jar and shake to mix. Add to your favourite salad ingredients. Store in the refrigerator for up to a month as it makes enough for several salads.
