The sap is starting to run!
The harvesting of the first crop of the year has begun! We look for cool nights and warmer days for optimum conditions. When that happens, the sap pours into the tanks and the steam can be seen rolling out of the stacks on the sugarshack almost daily. Visitors are welcome! We are open weekends and holidays from 10 am to 4 pm during the months of March and April. At other times, it is best to call or email ahead. Group tours can be booked as well.
